1. Definition of Roles
To ensure clarity across our Global Edge Architecture, we define two distinct user roles:
- Shoppers: Individual end-users who utilize goPromoPilot storefronts for navigation and discovery. Usage for Shoppers is entirely free of charge.
- Storefront Creators: Professional digital publishers (Pilots) who utilize our infrastructure to synchronize and deploy content. Creators are subject to SaaS Infrastructure Subscription fees.
2. Service Nature & Fees
goPromoPilot is a pure-play technology provider.
- For Shoppers: We provide a high-velocity navigation interface to cut through digital noise.
- For Storefront Creators: We provide the "Cockpit" dashboard and synchronization engine. Access to these professional tools requires an active subscription (Trial, Basic, Pro, or Enterprise tiers) to cover the costs of distributed data supplies and edge computing resources.
3. Subscription Tiers & Billing
We provide a scalable infrastructure to match your fleet's growth.
- Tier Selection: Storefront Creators may choose between Trial, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise tiers based on their synchronization and distribution needs.
- One-Account-One-Store: Each registered account is strictly limited to the management and deployment of one (1) Storefront instance.
- 7-Day Trial: New Creators are eligible for a 7-day trial period under the Trial Tier. Note: Upon expiration of the 7-day period, the associated StoreFront will become inaccessible and its edge-hosting instance will be suspended to prevent unauthorized usage.
- Automated Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly) to ensure uninterrupted access to our distributed data supplies and global edge nodes.
- Role Distinction: Usage for individual Shoppers remains entirely free of charge, as our infrastructure costs are sustained by the subscription fees of professional Creators.
4. Subscription Cancellation & Data Sovereignty
We respect the autonomy of our Pilots.
- Self-Service: Creators may initiate a cancellation at any time directly through the Cockpit dashboard.
- Access Continuity: Services remain active until the conclusion of the current paid billing cycle.
- Grace Period: In alignment with our Data Sovereignty principle, we provide a 30-day "Grace Period" post-cancellation for Creators to export their synchronized product metadata before the infrastructure instance is decommissioned.
5. Refund Policy
As goPromoPilot pre-allocates global edge resources upon subscription, our refund policy is strictly defined:
- Non-Refundable: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle commences, as computing resources are reserved across our Global Edge Architecture.
- Technical Failure Exception: Proportional refunds are considered only in the event of a verified, prolonged failure of our core infrastructure within the first 48 hours of service activation.
- Chargeback Prevention: Users are encouraged to utilize our self-service cancellation tools rather than initiating bank-level disputes, which may lead to permanent decommissioning of the associated data instance.
6. Non-Custodial Infrastructure
goPromoPilot acts as a neutral technical intermediary. We do not participate in the financial transactions between Shoppers and third-party retail ecosystems. All commercial responsibility lies with the respective parties.
